If you email us, we can send you a link as well.

Alchemy Workshop Priced Point/Pain Point Question
We are privileged to host the first ever Pacific Northwest Spiritual Alchemy workshop. This workshop is sponsored by the Enneadic Star Pronaos and the Rose Croix University International (RCUI). The two-day workshop will be on November 2 and 3 and will feature renowned teacher Karen Wark from the AMORC Grand Lodge.   This workshop is about spiritual alchemy, not physical, so no chance of burning oneself during calcination 🙂

Spiritual Alchemy, defined as the transformation of a certain state of being into a higher state of being, will be the focus of this workshop. Discussed in this introduction workshop to Spiritual Alchemy, from the Rosicrucian perspective, will be its origins, symbolism, and its practical applications. Participants will be invited to explore the topic inwardly through visualization exercises and meditative practices.

Born in San Rafael, Soror Karen Wark joined the Rosicrucian Order in 1990 following a visit to the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum. She quickly became active in the local affiliated bodies, serving as Master of both the Ralph M. Lewis Lodge and the Rose + Croix Heptad . Soror Wark presently serves as the Board Secretary for the English Grand Lodge for the Americas and the Executive Director for the Rosicrucian Cultural Center of New York City. She has an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and a M.S. in Education from Capella University. She is interested in exploring how we as Rosicrucians use the principles of Spiritual Alchemy to transform ourselves and our world.

Please take a quick one question survey that will help us determine what priced point works best for you.

Colombe Convention
One terrific reason to become a chapter is that we will then be graced with a Colombe or Colombes.  What is that, you ask?  A Colombe is a ritual officer position in a chapter or lodge. She is a young woman or girl who has been chosen and carefully trained to present a vision and manifestation of purity, pure conscience, and truth for our group. She represents the descending holy dove that dives into the grail of wisdom, as seen in so many stained-glass representations: the pure consciousness, diving deep into inner wisdom.  The Colombe is our vestal virgin tending the fire in our temples.

In a Chapter or Lodge ritual, a Colombe wears an angel-like white satin robe, with a blooming red fabric rose over her heart and a halo-like headdress covering her head.  She solemnly enters the temple with gliding footfalls and purifies it on many levels, the lowest being with incense.

Her life in the mundane world will be transformed; for having personified pure consciousness, and diving deep into inner wisdom, she usually becomes a much better person.

vestalconventionThe chosen girls or young women are treated specially and have profound roles in the chapter and lodge rituals and initiations.  A Colombe has the option of attending conventions and special events where they are trained, cherished and honored for their service.  Maybe you have a mystically inclined daughter, and this might be a delightful option for her, once we become a chapter.

AMORC holds a yearly free convention for Colombes. This year’s event, The Tenth Annual Colombe Convention, will be held in Florida at Safety Harbor Spa from June 27 through June 30.

Colombes, Colombes in Waiting, and recently retired Colombes are invited. They’ll be able to create new bonds, learn about various roles of the Colombe, and practice the basic principles of AMORC’s teachings. Grand Master Julie Scott will present a unique program. Parents and Colombe advisors are also invited.

Here is the schedule

It’s just one example of the larger world that AMORC creates and supports for us when we are at the Chapter level.

Pronaos Inititations

Rosicrucian Imperator Christian Bernard directed all Pronai to conduct a new and wonderful Pronaos Initiation Ritual. Belonging to a Pronaos requires continual work on oneself because certain duties come with it and it involves respecting certain rules. Yet it is a great privilege for every true Rosicrucian, if for no other reason than the mystical benefits it brings. If you choose to continue the Great Work with us, this initiation ritual will formalize your spiritual decision to enter either the Michael Maier or Enneadic Star Pronaos. This Initiation is to be held for members who have attended either Pronaos three times, and intend to continue attending at least 4 times per year, and have had their request for membership to the Pronaos approved by the Grand Councilor. The Intiation will be performed within one month of your request. It is obligatory for all candidates to attend the Introduction Discourse immediately preceding it. While waiting to be initiated into the Pronaos, the candidates may continue to take part in Convocations as visitors. Members who have been initiated into the Pronaos may attend this Initiation.

If you would like to be initiated into one of our Pronai, please contact me directly at nwamorc.donohue@gmail.com.

Also, have you joined our matrix of social media to stay informed, to check calendars, events, and Grand Lodge degree initiation dates?
